How it works

A Reel Orb day runs on your schedule.

We arrive an hour before your event and set up wherever you point us. Your teachers pick their shows and time slots before we arrive. We handle everything else.

We arrive and set up

The theater inflates in a 25′ × 25′ space with a 12′ ceiling; a corner of most gyms or cafeterias.

8:30 AM

First class steps inside

Up to 35 students per show, about 30 minutes per block. Each class sees the show their teacher chose.

3:30 PM

Gone without a trace

After the last group and the final bell, we tear down, clean up, and leave your space exactly as we found it.

Choose the day that fits.

Every format includes setup, teardown, a trained presenter, and your choice of shows. Each show fills a 30-minute block, and the number of blocks is simply how we size your visit. After booking, you'll receive a link to build out your day.

2-Hour Visit

Great for a small student body, a library program, or a private event.

The Half Day

Up to 8 blocks

Great for a mid-size school, a private event, or a corporate promotion. Half a day of immersive programming.

A full day from open to close, enough for an entire school or a marquee all-day event. The format most schools book.

The space

A 25′ × 25′ clear floor area with a 12′ ceiling, indoors. Most gyms, cafeterias, and multipurpose rooms qualify.

The power

Two standard outlets on separate circuits. That's the entire technical requirement.

The schedule

After booking, you'll receive access to schedule your day. Teachers claim their time blocks and pick shows in our online portal; no email chains, no spreadsheets.

Beyond the school day

The dome travels everywhere people gather.

Libraries, museums, churches, festivals, corporate events, and private celebrations. Daytime or evening. If people gather, The Reel Orb can meet them there.
